I'm F1, he's Green Card

I have a situation: I'm on F1 visa, graduated from University this year . My boyfriend is a green card , applied for citizenship last month.
We wanted to get married (prefferably while I'm here).
-Is it possible?
-Is it gonna cause problems for him in getting citizenship?
-Will it provide me a status to be here?

It will not prolvide you with any status. But he can apply now and once he gets citizenship he can upgrade his petition to "Immediate Relative," which means you will have status and will be able to get an employment card. Good Luck, ALLAN SAMSON
