Hello Allan,
What is the best to do to avoid problems with changing my name because of the marriage and filing n-400?
1. Get married and change surname, file N-400 with marriage certificate. Afterwards change name on Social Security and drive License?
2. File N-400 just couple days before the marriage (that’s how much time I have), get married and change surname?
3. Don’t change the name, do it much later?
What possible conflicts are if any?
If I change the name, what is about my green card, do I have to replace it?

Thank you

The easiest way is to file the N_400. At the interview you will tell the interviewer that you want your naturalization certificate to have your new name. It will be issued in your new name. After you marry you can also get a new drivers license and a social security card in your new name by showing the marriage certificate. There is no sense to get a new green card because it will take too long and you will be able to change your name on your naturalization certificate anyway. Good Luck, ALLAN SAMSON
