Russian restaurants in LA

Hey there, any recommendations on where to get Fcuked up Russian stylez in LA? Last time I went to a restaurant there 2 years ago (I reckon it was "Kashtan") my girlfriend fell under the table (she's born and raised Valley girl, alas) and I totaled another car of mine. But it was soooo much fun. I heard there are knew restaurants in town. Any recommendations?:confused:

Dear Baraban, my driver's license has been suspended for what seems to be eternity (considering the fact that there is no freaking way you can travel in LA without having one, unless your name is Leonardo Di Caprio or Madonna), which freaking sucks some big-ass balls. That's DUI in South Cali for you. :sad: So no worries, I'm not going to carsh another car, no, no no. besides, even when beligirently drunk, i maintiain a pacifist like hip mood.

c'mon, I need to kick it with friends this Thursday! Any other suggestions apart from Premiere? Will very much appreciate!

There must be at least 20 Russian Restaurants in the greater LA area just in our Yellow Pages. Every one of them has its own audience. I don't know which one would appeal to you best, sinc eI don't know you.

I do know that there are many Russian restaurnat in the ares, tell me smth new ;) . Well, I'm looking for entertainment like it used to be in "Troyka" or "Black Sea" with kitchen like at "U Roberta" or "Kashtan"... Finger licking good cuisine (salads, appetizers, borsch, ...), with Russian cuties dancing, singing some cheesy Soviet Union era songs.

Well, here are some of my favourite places in LA: Joya in Beverly Hills, Ivar and White Lotus in Hollywood, Tiki Ti in Silver Lake, Abbey in West Hollywood, Spundae and Red Room, Sugar in Santa Monica, Brig & James Beach on Venice, Voda & 417 Lounge in 3rd st. Promenade... That translates to cuties and fun, more cuties and even more fun...

I am looking for a restaurant like "Petrovich" or "Pushkin" in Moscow. Any clues?

Here is my 2 pennies. Indeed, I'd rather spend a $100 on a nice present to a chick than waste it on cab. And believe me, if you have looks and charisma you do not need that much cash in hand to get any girl. Besides, one advantage of not driving, is that a gul that you've just hooked up with in a bar will always give you a ride home, and there man, things usually get tight.

Here is a remedy to crash start your rusted machinery: you advise on a place in LA, I bring chicks (all hand picked, LOL), all you'd need to do is to charm them into whatever you're into, as they are pretty open-minded guls.

And please, this thread is about Russian restaurants, not anything else. I would appreciate if you guys gimme constructive advice. I need specific name(s). What are your favorite Russian restaurants in LA and why. :confused:
