Visitor visa question.

Hi,
how possible is it to get a visitor visa for a 18-year old college student (female) as a relative of a green card holder, with conditions that she is a co-owner of a property and attends a university in Russia. Or would registering a couple of classes in a college for her here in the US increase the chances of getting a visa.

Frankly, it will be almost impossible for her to get a visitors visa because of her age. The fact that she registers for courses here in the US will make no difference. If she applies for a college which issues I-20s, she can apply for a student visa, but she will also probably be denied for that. Sorry, ALLAN SAMSON
