Hi, Alan!
I was married to a guy from Russia who apparently married me only to stay here. I learned of that when I found out that I was pregnant with our child. He wanted me to have an abortion but I refused and had a child. Three weeks later we split. A few months later he wanted to see the child. I allowed it and he seemed to be OK with our son. He even paid child support twice (!). Then he started disappearing again and now he is claiming his paternal rights. The divorce is filed but I do not want him around. He does not deserve to be my child's father--unreliable liar in everything he ever did. I understand that because we were never called in for an interview from INS and he never got a Green Card he will still consider being here as illegal. But how can I send him back to Russia. He will always be posoning our life with his existence here. Should I simply report him to INS? What should I do? I know that the only reason he wants to be around my child is to use him to be allowed to stay here in the States.
