Ok this is kinda complicated...
im 21, came to the US a year ago( J -1 student visa )
my visa has been expired for 5 months now...i got married 2 months ago (to an american citizen)
and now i was wondering whats gonna happen to me if i apply for green card?!
i mean i spend here illegaly 5 months...will i be given a right to stay here or what?
P.S. my visa doesnt say im obligated to spend 2 year home residence!
