Hello!
im in the USA at the moment, ive been here for 3 months now (i have J -1 Student Visa "Aspire Worldwide")
im allowed to be here for 5 months
OK and i met this girl and she wants to marry me(shes and American Citizen)
shes a bit older than me
we´re getting married next week...
and i was wondering whats gonna happen to me .....should i go home after my visa will be expired?
what should i do ?

UNless your J-1 says that you are required to return to your country for 2 years you can get married and apply for adjustment of status in the US. Good Luck, ALLAN SAMSON
