If you married a green card holder after deportation proceedings began and she filed an I-130 for you and she has now become a US citizen you can upgrade her petition and try to get an interview with INS. (It isd called a marriage fraud interview). It takes a long time to get that interview but if you get it before the depportation hearing and INS says you are really married and approves the I-130 petition, you can use this to get a green card from the Judge. All of this is very difficult and you definitely need a lawyer to advise you on this because timing is all important. Good Luck, ALLAN SAMSON
