My friend is recent immigrant with fiance visa from Ukraine.How can she get child support if she divorces and returns to Ukraine?

Your friend should petition for divorce in the state in which her husband lives. The amount of child support she received will be based on the State laws and on her likely standard of living and expenses in Ukraine. But sll of this should be begun before she returns. ALLAN SAMSON
