In my opinion you should work at least 20 hours a week to be able to get the H-1B petition approved. The LCA salary is the same for part-time as for full-time, but it must be expressed as an hourly wage rather than a yearly wage. Also, you can reduce the wage by 5 per cent from the prevailing wage you receive from SESA, which is the State Employment department in each state. Good Luck, ALLAN SAMSON
