Hi,
i have a green card & want to invite my brother to US.
Where can i make an invitation & how much does it cost?
besides my invitation are there any other papers should he provide at the interview to be able to get tourist visa?

You should send a letter of invitation which he will bring to the American Consulate. YOu should send him documents which show you have the financial ability to pay for him while her is here. This would be a copy of your income tax return, home ownership papers, copies of your last few pay check stubs, stock recirds, etc. But if he is from russia he may still have a difficult time in obtaining a visa.
