I have not heard anything about any suspension of getting fiancee visas, and I get information through several attorney newsletters. If you are not married, just apply for a fiancee visa. If you are married, apply with Form I-130. Good Luck, ALLAN SAMSON

Dear Mr. Samson,
This posting helps answer my question about how I would get my wife (if we were married) into the country. But which process is faster, the I-130 route or the K-1 route? It seems like they both go through the same process of applying, then obtaining an interview, etc.
Thanks, Michael
