Last name change proof

My wife has changed her last name to mine when she got the Green Card.
Is there the way to prove this name change? We need it to apply for I-130 form for her parents.
Would it be enough to present notarized copies of the American passport with the new name and Soviet one with the old ?

To prove the name change all you need is the marriage certificate showing that she (under her old name) married you. The marriage certificate should show her old name, which should be her maiden name (the name of her father). This should be enough. Good Luck, ALLAN SAMSON
