I am not sure if I can completely or adequately answer this question. First, if she were to apply at the US Consulate in Russia it would be difficult to get a B-2 visa. She could possible get a B-1 visa if she could provided a realistic reason why she wants to get a business visa. She could also apply at the US Consulate in Korea if she has a working visa in Korea, probably giving the same reasons. It would be easier for her to apply for a B-1 rather than a B-2 visa if she can show a plausible reason why she wants to come to the US. Good Luck, ALLAN SAMSON
