If you already have a green card you can petition for your daughter although the waiting period is several years. When you become a citizen it will go faster. Near the end of the process you will have to submit an affidavit of support to show that you make enough money to support your daughter. If you do not make enough money, you can find someone else, who will be a joint sponsor. But that person takes on financial responsibility for several years if you go on welfare.
