Appeal from the People Communist’ s Movement of Russia
Our friends, the citizens of the United States!
We express our deepest condolences to the people of The United States, whose lives where shaken with the acts of terrors, swept through your lives on the September 11,2001.
We, your Russian brothers and sisters, know too well the impact of the terror, which we are forced to live through every moment of our lives with the ongoing, undeclared by our government and sponsored by the western powers, war in Chechnya.
The terroristic explosions of people’s houses in Moscow, in Volgodonsk took the terrible toll on human lives in our country too.
Saying this we condemn the politics of the new President of the United States, W. Bush-Junior, that pushes the world to the edge of the new imperialistic world, using the Islamic nations as the pretext to it.
This upcoming World-wide War can lead to the use of the weapons of the mass-distraction and to the loss of lives in millions among the innocent civilians in many countries.
This policy in itself is nothing else but the international, State-sponsored, terrorism in itself.
The unspeakable poverty of the nations in the so-called Third World is well-known today as the result of the imperialist’s aggressive policy of the western north countries their accommodation of all the wealth in their own hands.
That policy has lead and will continue to lead to the growth of the terrorists’ attacks, as the “weapon” of the powerless.
The United States is out today to “punish” terrorists.

On the “terrorists’ list”, from the very beginning of such the “crusade”, there are more than dozen countries.
It is not difficult to foresee the consequences of this policy.
The evil actions, even spread out the good intensions, will produce the bigger evil and the human’s world, dragged into, can eventually sink under the biggest weave of the terrorism, unprecedented still in the human history.
Thus, the world is standing now on the threshold of the World Terrorist War of the unknown scale.
THIS FUTURE WAR WILL NOT HAVE ANY LIMITS,
AND THEREFORE WILL NOT HAVE A CIVIALIZED FACE!
We appeal to the conscious people of the world:
LET US UNITE AND NOT LET IT HAPPEN!
First, we have to uncover the true and real cause that produced the world-wide terrorism has lead to the escalation of this war.
Secondly. Together with the United Nations we have to bring to the justice and condemn the forces, guilty in the hysteria against the Islamic nations,
Those forces (and their representatives) are guilty in the conscious creation of the terrorism around the world, the evil that equal to the plague of the 21 century.
Those forces must be named, uncovered and condemned.
The guilty must stay the trail!
This can be done only with the global unity of all the civilized, culturally minded and politically educated people
from all our world.
We search for them, we reach our hands to them.
People’s Communist Movement of Russia calls for the immediate
protests against the fast-track development of the most destructive
war on terrorism, which is the terrorism in itself!
