Change to Bazar profiles

I have received requests to stop displaying user emails in Bazar profiles. So, I have made a change to only display those emails if the user is viewing their own profile, or if a moderator is viewing the profile. Hope this helps.

Unregistered posters do not have profiles and will have their emails displayed instead on the profiles. <--- Another reason to register your nick.

BTW, if you do not use your proper email address during registration, you will not be able to have a new password sent to you, if you forget your old passord.
