At your local Kragen or any other auto parts store in the "Antiradar" isle. Also, check out "Everything for your F117" at Walmarts.

I remember back at KG umenya znakomyi pokrasil mashinu samaletnoi kraskoi .... Priokl bul hodyachii...
Vot ya sibe i ishy chenit' po advance
Hadil ya v Special paint store and they aren't able to get it. Only from a friend of a friend or on ebay.!
You should go to

and read on things to do while at walmart/kmart as well as any other retail

I don't think they sell antiradar paint at Comedy Central, neither they do F117's. But I'll keep your advice in mind.
