все путем, природа починила.
Кагда стал выделяться хлор, пошел приличный дождик.
Я с мужиком у наших партнеров говорил, который тренирует рядом с тем заводом футбольную команду.
Я вчера недалеко от этого места проезжал по дороге в аеропорт.
Уже в Санта Барбаре. Города мне эти очень понравились.
Но пайчеки в тех местах отражают также лоу кост оф ливинг.

Local black folks is nice. Not many peaple speak with southern accent.
others sound more like newyorkers or californians.
Very clean cities inside green forest. empty freeways.
You could find on sale for 200K big old house on 10 akres with woods and lake not so far from city. Cost of reak estate 3-4 times chiper then in california. But paycheks and number of job's opportunity smaller
A lot of pregnant women with small kids, not like daying SanFrisco.
It is good place to rase kids if you planing to have traditional family
