Hi, my name is David. I am trying to get a copy of the Digest of Ohio Motor Vehicle Laws in Russian. The Bureau of Motor Vehicles does have the test in Russian, but they neglected to translate this book, so I am unable to instruct my wife on Ohio Driving Laws.

I do not intend to reinvent the wheel twice. I know that some of you have had this problem and solved it already. If you have had this digest of Ohio driving laws translated, could you please send it to me at dmh13th@yahoo.com or tell me where I may download it.
