Если базар и барабан находятся на одном и том же сервере, то он/она своими скриптами может и нам жисть тормозить

It's one of the pacbell dsl users in San Francico. I have talked to that Pacbell office several times explaining that this user is not only violating our policies but also their own, but they have refused to do anything about it, citing privacy concerns. Because this user does not have a static IP, Pacbell in a sense is harboring this criminal and hiding their identity.
This time the attack was coming from: adsl-63-206-116-110.dsl.snfc21.pacbell.net

Perhaps if enough people call Pacbell about this abuser, they will do something about it.

As far as i know even though pacbell(or sbc nowadays) dsl doesnt come with a static IP, the ip is stored in dsl modem and is not refreshed unless the user explictly forces it to refresh the ip by turning the modem off and on.
So banning the ip may prevent him from doing it temporarily, but due to the nature of bazar wont prevent much :(
